Delete your account

Sign in on the web, open Settings → Account, and choose Delete account. Type the shown confirmation phrase to submit the request.

The request immediately signs out all sessions, hides your Aynshara account and content, and schedules permanent deletion after 30 days. The deletion covers your profile, Moments, reflections, settings, exports, notification registrations, and Aynshara billing-entitlement records.

Stripe cancellation is submitted as part of the request. If Stripe is temporarily unavailable, Aynshara keeps a durable cancellation job and retries it until the provider confirms the subscription is canceled. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are controlled by those stores and must be canceled separately in your Apple or Google account. The stores and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations.

If you cannot sign in, email accounts@djlrc.com from the address on the account. Do not include private Moment content. Requests received before permanent deletion can also be reviewed through this address.
