Terms of Service

Aynshara provides reflective communication tools. It is a mirror, not a coach, therapist, medical provider, financial adviser, or legal adviser.

Users are responsible for what they enter, export, and choose to do outside the app. The app does not recommend life decisions, diagnose, or replace professional care.

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe on the web, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, and Google Play Billing on Android. Downgrading or canceling never deletes existing user data, though paid feature access may change. Deleting an Aynshara account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; those must be canceled through the store.

Legal review is required before launch. This is a working template for product development, not final legal language.
